Terms and Conditions

This offer is made by SNV Aviation Private Limited (“Akasa Air”), to the customers booking Akasa Air flights from 00:01 hours on April 10, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on April 12, 2025 (“Offer Period”).

Akasa Air offers all-inclusive (one-way) fares starting from Rs.1699 for domestic routes for bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period.

The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods (“Blackout Period”) from –

August 13, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on August 14,2025

August 17, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on August 18,2025

October 25, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on October 31,2025

November 1, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on November 3,2025

The bookings must be made at least 7 (Seven) days prior to the date of departure. The date of travel must be no earlier than April 17, 2025. It is expressly clarified that if the travel date falls within the Blackout Period, this Offer shall not be applicable.

This Offer is only for passenger type “Adult” and “Child”. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable to Special fare categories including but not limited to armed forces, medical professionals, students, and senior citizens.

Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Akasa Air.

The Offer is not applicable on any other charges, including but not limited to meal charges, excess baggage charges, airport/other charges, and Government taxes.

This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.

This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.

Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.

The Offer is not valid on Akasa Air’s group bookings.

All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Akasa Air’s conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.

The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.

Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.

By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.

This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the offer period under the offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.

Yatra.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without prior notice.

All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions. Cancellation charges/date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.

Yatra shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the airlines which is not within the control of Yatra.com.

All purchases made under the program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In the case of a cancellation, Yatra shall reverse the discount and shall not provide an additional discount to the customer.

All offers are subject to availability.

The decision of Yatra.com in all matters connected with or incidental to this offer shall be final and binding.

All purchases made by the customer at www.yatra.com shall be governed by the standard Terms and Conditions (subject to changes) of Yatra, which includes without limitation User Agreement, Privacy Policy or any other product/service related terms and conditions appearing on Yatra’s website www.yatra.com.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Gurugram.

All other standard terms and conditions of Airlines and Yatra shall apply.
